Kelly Poling Arts District Corporation knows that our strength lies not only in the words we stand by, but most importantly through the actions of our initiatives. Our Non-Profit Organization realized that we want, not only to keep the larger than life works of art through the murals alive, but also to enhance the ARTS in Chillicothe and the surrounding areas which is why we ultimately decided to launch Kelly Poling Arts District Corporation.
